Our Managing Partner, Mrs Priscilla Ogwemoh, was featured in a panel session at the seminar on ‘Transparency in an Arbitral Process’. While discussing the topic, she stated amongst others, that transparency cuts across every process of arbitration and the need to strike a balance between transparency and confidentiality.
